What Will Story Mode Look Like?

I'm still working on 0.5, but I thought I'd make a post about what story mode will actually be.
The game so far has really only been a beta of Chapter 3: Ice, and I'll probably release Chapter 3 on its own first. However I think it works non-linearly, so you won't have to worry about spoilers from going out of order.
The story part of Chapter 3 will be based on sending and receiving letters. Maybe I'll do another devlog soon about the NPCs you'll be corresponding with. Accessibility-wise, should I add an option for changing the letters to a dyslexia friendly font? I could eventually try to have the letters voiced, but that would be way down the line.
Each chapter will have different gameplay mechanics which I'm exited to work on. I'm planning for eight chapters total.
Would you be interested in having both a story mode and a menu where you can pick one level to play on its own? Also some of the chapters may (or may not, we'll see how hard it is to program) involve the crank - if so should I add an option to use alternate controls for those parts?
There won't be anything with time pressure - even though in some of the chapters it would make sense to have time pressure - because I can't stand time pressure when I play a game so I'm not putting it in a game I make.
Are there any other settings/options you'd be interested in?
