Partial Chapter 2 Out

Hello,

I've just released 0.7, which includes the first draft of Chapter 2: Need.

You'll notice some of the tiles in Chapter 2 are blank and referred to as "???" in text.  This is because I don't know what they're going to be yet. Never having been healthy myself I don't really know what healthy people do - so if you have any suggestions of tiles that get left behind please let me know in comments :)
